Applicable Law & Disputes
Any disputes that might arise between Gerbers and their customers is subject to South African Law. Disputes relating to your visit to the Gerbers factory or website or to any products purchased from Gerbers will be submitted to confidential mediation by law. The mediator's decision shall be binding and may be used as judgement in the Magistrate's Court in Malmesbury, South Africa.
